At Early Settler, we want you to love your new home additions, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for items that don't quite fit your space. Whether you've changed your mind or received a faulty product, our team is here to ensure a smooth resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team or visit your local Early Settler showroom within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return.
- 2.Prepare Documentation
Ensure you have your original tax invoice or proof of purchase ready, along with photos of the item if you are reporting damage or a manufacturing fault.
- 3.Pack for Transport
Carefully repackage the item in its original box and protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit; items must be in as-new, unassembled condition.
- 4.Finalize Return
Drop off the item at a designated location or coordinate a courier collection; once inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
